Roald Dahl's THE TWITS

Gates open at 4.30pm. Performance starts at 6pm
Performance approx 1hr 45 mins (inc 20 min interval)

Pack a picnic and come along to Beaumaris Castle this July and enjoy a performance of one of Roald Dahl's most loved stories "The Twits".

“Do you want to know why your spaghetti was squirmy and squishy? And why it had a nasty bitter taste? Because it was WORMS!” That’s just one of the horrible tricks Mrs Twit plays on Mr Twit, and she only does it because he puts a slimy frog in her bed. And he only does that because she puts her glass eye into his beer. And she only does that because… well, you get the picture...

Bring seating, warm clothing and if you wish a picnic. Hot & Cold refreshments available. This is an all weather performance. Cancellation in the event of hurricane only! Then the performance will be rescheduled.

This is a charity event and all profits are donated to SANDS.

Concert in the Castle
Saturday 8 September 2012

A host of Anglesey stars will be performing at the Concert in the Castle at Beaumaris Castle, an open air musical extravaganza to raise money for Beat Bullying and Tyddyn Môn. Bring a picnic . Concert starts at 7.30pm but Beaumaris Castle gates will open at 6pm so everyone can enjoy a picnic in the grounds. Snacks and refreshments will also be available. Tickets only £10 if bought before the evening or £12.50 on the night.

Spooky Goings On, Beaumaris Castle
Wednesday 31 October

Beaumaris Castle is coming alive on Halloween with ghouls, ghosts and all things that go bump in the night in aid of the RNLI in Beaumaris. This fun event from 6.00-9.00pm on Monday 31 October is aimed at all the family and promises to one that thrills and chills with haunting tricks and games, horrific food treats, a spooky walk around the Castle walls as well as other mischievous pranks.

Enter into the spirit of the night by coming in fancy dress and make sure you bring a pumpkin lantern to see the sights. There will be a prize for the best dressed child and also the best pumpkin lantern.
